Helena Krupnova

Group Director, Emulation R&D at Synopsys

Helena Krupnova is an accomplished Executive Director at Synopsys France, overseeing R&D initiatives with a focus on coordinating multi-site, multi-expertise global teams. She holds a PhD from Grenoble University (awarded in 1999) and an Engineering diploma from Tallinn Technical University in Estonia. With nearly three decades of experience in technology, Helena previously served as the technical lead of the verification team at ST Microelectronics in Grenoble. She also plays a key role in representing Synopsys in Europe for their Inclusion and Diversity initiative, highlighting her commitment to fostering inclusive practices within the tech industry.

Nesrine Nasraoui

Senior Application Engineer at Synopsys

Nesrine Nasraoui holds microelectronics engineering degree from National School of Engineers Tunis-Tunisia. She is product Application Engineer at Synopsys France and works on emulation technology, more specifically ZeBu, for almost 13 years. She drives ZeBu Front-End as a component leader and she is responsible to centralize Front-End features and customers’ requests. She works proactively with customers, developers, and product validation teams to meet customers’ expectations and to ensure the tool quality. She makes sure that documentations are UpToDate from release to release and provide internal and customer trainings about Front-End topics.

Imane Laib

Industrial data scientist at SIAAP and WomenTech Network Paris Leader

Imane is a passionate mechatronics graduate with expertise in robotics and industrial vision. During her internship at ENSAM de Paris, she enhanced industrial robotic arms' intelligence using computer vision. Imane's commitment to social impact is evident in her project—a YOLOv3-based object detection system with voice feedback for visually impaired individuals. She is excited to contribute to tech innovation and inclusivity, embracing a visionary mindset in robotics and diversity in tech.

Martine Antonio

IP Sales Director at Synopsys

Martine Antonio has joined Synopsys in 2004 as a Business Developer in Services for EDA tools and Asic development with European and Israeli customers. In 2008 she has joined the IP organization as a Sales Specialist. In 2019, she became the IP Sales Director for EMEA and Israel, managing an international sales team and growing business at 20%+ YoY. In 2024, she became the Sales Head for Middle East. Her customers are Internal global accounts, territory accounts, startups and emerging countries active in Automotive, High-Performance Computing, Wireless/IOT, Industrial, Aerospace and Military segments. Her knowledge of the global semiconductor industry, customers, partners and ecosystem, her expertise in growing business, her skills in managing international teams for success, her technical background and understanding of various cultures have enabled her to develop business and generate growth in various markets and applications. A central element of her role is ensuring customer success and satisfaction together with building talented international teams while caring for inclusion and diversity. She received her M.Sc. in Fundamental Physics with a specialty in Microelectronics at the University of Paris Saclay, France. Before joining Synopsys, Martine held various roles in application engineering, technical lead and program management with international customers and multiple applications like communication, military and compute. In addition to her role, Martine holds various leadership roles in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committees.

Nathalie Zaghlan

Principal Application Engineer at Synopsys

Nathalie Zaghlan holds a microelectronics engineering degree from ESIEE Paris. She has been at Synopsys France for 15 years, currently working as an Application Engineer for the Customer Success Group, with a focus on VLSI design implementation and signoff technologies. As a technical account lead for a dedicated customer, she is responsible for pre and post-sales activities, working closely with customers, sales, R&D, and product validation teams to meet customers’ expectations, ensure the tool quality and ultimately customer project success.

Luc Elman

Executive Director and Chief Of Staff at Synopsys | Panel Moderator

Luc Elman has 35+ years of experience in Semiconductor design and EDA, riding Moore’s law. Started as a VLSI designer, moved to application and product engineering and held several management positions leading worldwide technical teams. Luc has an engineering degree from ESIEE Paris and a master’s degree from Caltech, USA.

Vincent Bouly de Lesdain

Sr Director of Operations at Synopsys

Vincent Bouly de Lesdain, Sr Director of Operations, is driving worldwide HW Operations for Synopsys' industry leading Emulation platform. He manages a diverse team located in different regions of the world. Vincent is graduated of a Master's degree on Business Administration from Paris-Dauphine University. He started in Electronics industry in 2003 with French start-up EVE (Emulation and Verification Engineering), then joined Synopsys in 2012 through EVE acquisition.
